Olivier SOLINAS

Graduate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, holder of a Master's degree in Economics (Univ. Le Havre), 3rd cycle in Economic Development ESC CAEN, MS Entreprendre EM Lyon + CPA EM Lyon.

He started his career in the retail sector and then switched to industry and industrial services (CCI), before joining the ARCELOR Group's reindustrialisation subsidiary - SODIE - where he carried out various missions to revitalise economic areas.

In 2006, he joined the world of venture capital (CARVEST) and then in 2018 that of financing innovative projects and supporting technology start-ups (PULSALYS), before launching in 2020 OSINVEST AURALP AMBITION, a support and advisory structure for business leaders, then in 2022, the investment fund OSINVEST GESTION, with the support of business leaders and academic and institutional partners.

In charge of regulatory activities, investors relationship and investment portfolio Agriculture 3.0, medical devices, industrial relocation.

An expert in international trade, Marc is an entrepreneur and a communicator.

Founder of Classe Export, a French-language magazine on international trade, Marc is one of the leading figures in French foreign trade. With the support of the Quai d'Orsay at the end of 2015, he created the Rencontres Africa, to enhance the position of French companies in Africa and promote inclusive development - 7000 French and African companies are members.

A development capital expert since 2008, and former founding partner of a specialised investment fund, Marc has held numerous professional positions.

He was appointed French Foreign Trade Advisor by the Prime Minister in 1997 and has continued to hold this position ever since.

Operational support for the development and deployment of international activities, particularly in Africa.

Emile MOULOUNDOU

Electromechanical Engineer, EMBA HEC Paris, energy expert and manager.

Emile spent his career at Schneider Electric, where he held various positions in West and Central Africa, before taking over the group's responsibility for French-speaking Sub-Saharan Africa as Chief Executive Officer.

In operational support for the deployment of the fund in West and Central Africa, Emile manages all large-scale infrastructure projects.

Based in Kinshasa and Abidjan.

With a master's degree in business law and an LLM in European law, certified in AI (MIT), Morgane has 17 years of experience in Trade Finance, in international banks (HSBC, Ecobank, CACIB,...), large corporate and financial institutions. Several international activities and missions, particularly in Central Africa, in the areas of strategic support for mid-caps and in the digitalization and security of international banks' financing processes.

Morgane is also a Foreign Trade Advisor of France (CCE).

In charge of investor relations for the IDF, internal control and compliance.

Raymond has held various CEO / General Management positions in numerous groups in France, the USA and Asia: PECHINEY, RHODIA-SOLVAY, NEXIS FIBERS, SAINT GOBAIN, NOVACAP-SEQENS. Serial entrepreneur, he has been managing companies under LBO for 15 years.

Specialist in petrochemicals, glass, aluminium, automotive, decarbonisation, industrial processes, plant management, international development and LBO.

Support on industrial issues, industrialisation, energy transition / decarbonisation, international development.
