With deep cultural and professional roots in the Lusophone world, particularly in Angola and São Tomé and Príncipe, she serves as a genuine bridge between Central Africa, Lusophone markets, and international partners.
Within OSINVEST, Arminda contributes to structuring high-impact agro-industrial projects and mobilizing public and private partners, notably within the framework of the AfCFTA.
